Yes, we accept PayPal for all devices and services sold by us.
No. All stock is Australian stock with Australian stock codes, cords, plugs, compliance and full Australian warranty as specified under Australian Consumer Law.
We also accept bank transfers and direct deposits via cash into our bank account.
No. All products are new. The only time they have been opened is when you specially request your device to be jailbroken/cracked and /or pre-loaded.
Once you become a customer, we will give you links to our dedicated Facebook page and Telegram group where you can discuss with Support and other customers. Prior to each weekend, we will also provide you a list of channels showing the major sports from around the globe. The interface is easy and the provider has 24/7 tech support available.
No. Your subscription allows you to watch on one smart TV or mobile device at a time. There is no issue with you installing the app on numerous phones or tablets, but please be aware only one connection can be logged in at a time.
All devices not picked up from our Botany warehouse will be sent by Registered and/or Express Post. They will not go missing but in the event they do, Australia Post will replace at no further cost to you.
Upon payment and dispatch of your pre-loaded device, we will also send you a detailed Telegram message with step by step instructions on downloading an app (or multiple apps) that will allow you to watch the service on your mobile device.
Whilst we are confident every major movie and TV series is available, there may be a particular one you can’t find. Advise the Facebook or Telegram group and the service provider will ensure it is placed on demand within 24 hours.
